Invitation to Bid for

PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR 3RD AND 4TH QUARTER OF 2025, BARAS, RIZAL

1. The Municipality of Baras, through the GENERAL FUND (VARIOUS OFFICE) intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS (₱ 427,964.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for procurement of ten (10) unit PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR 3RD AND 4TH QUARTER OF 2025, BARAS, RIZAL under PR. No. 2025-07-1382). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents.
