Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [Trust Fund from the Department of Health credited to Landbank under the name of Municipality of Inopacan-PBG appropriated for the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project] intends to apply the sum of [Two Hundred Eighteen Pesos Only (Php 218,000.00)] being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Purchase of Office Equipments]. Bids and received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Purchase Office Equipments].

3. Delivery of Goods is required [30 calendar days after contract signing]. Bidders must have at least one (1) contract that is similar to the project to be bid. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
