Office Equipment

1. The Barangay Sta.Rosa 1 through Supplemental Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of the Infrastructure project for Php 80,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Purchase of Office Equipment (Projector) to be used in Barangay Sta.Rosa I, Baco. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Sta.Rosa 1 now invites PhilGEPS registered supplier/distributors to bid for the contract of Purchase of Office Equipment (Projector) to be used in Barangay Sta.Rosa I, Baco. Delivery of Goods is required within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of ITB.
