1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through MMO-CAPITAL OUTLAY CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT TO BE USED AT MUNICIPAL MAYOR-S OFFICE [GOODS-SVP-2025-07-050]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
