24AMSCGOODS06: Purchase of Office Equipment for Adiong Memorial State College - P650,000

1. The ADIONG MEMORIAL STATE COLLEGE, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 650,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Office Equipment for Adiong Memorial State College. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ADIONG MEMORIAL STATE COLLEGE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
