Description : The Southville 8C Elementary School through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the “PURCHASE OF OFFICE AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST MOOE 2025 FOR SOUTHVILLE 8C ELEMENTARY SCHOOL through Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Note: All documents must be secured in 1 envelope (Main Envelope) containing 2 brown envelopes labeled by the bidder. The labels on the main envelope should include the company-s name, address, contact number and email address. The 1st envelope should contain the Technical and Eligibility Requirements and the 2nd Envelope should contain two (2) Financial Requirements properly labeled as well.
