The Local Government Unit of Basay, Negros Oriental through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 360,000.00) being the approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract of the following project below to be procured:
