Description : The Municipality of San Quintin Abra now invites bidders for the PURCHASE OF MOVABLE TENT with the following items:

20 UNITS MOVABLE TENTS (3 METERS x 5 METERS)

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of San Quintin, Abra and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below from February 27, 2025 to March 7, 2025 (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.), and on March 10, 2025 until 2:00 P.M. only (before the closing of Bid)

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 10, 2025 until 2:00 P.M. at the Multi-Purpose Building, Poblacion, San Quintin, Abra. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
