INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MONOBLOCK CHAIR FOR DAY TO DAY SEATING OF DISPLACED FAMILIES DURING CALAMITIES AND ANY EMERGENCIES, FOR TRAINING AS PART OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND OTHER RELATED MOBILE ACTIVITY UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 100-2025-10-2088

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the 2025 5% LDRRM FUND (OTHER SUPPLIES & MATERIALS EXPENSE) approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 2,122,000.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
