MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOBILE PHONE AND LAPTOP FOR THE USE OF BARANGAY

1. The BARANGAY 52 MATANAG, through the Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 162,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the Procurement for the PURCHASE OF MOBILE PHONE AND LAPTOP FOR THE USE OF BARANGAY WITH REFERENCE NO. 12121699 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at BID Opening.

2. The BARANGAY 52 MATANAG now invites bids to furnish the PURCHASE OF MOBILE PHONE AND LAPTOP FOR THE USE OF BARANGAY Delivery of the Materials is required 15 days upon issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, A contract similar to the Project.
