1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through GAD-NUTRITION PROGRAM CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS (Php 59,915.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF MICRONUTRIENT SUPPLEMENTATION FOR PREGNANT MOTHERS [GOODS-SVP-2025-06-046]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
