Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 - GENERAL FUND under SC and PWD PLAN FUND under MSWDO, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (PHP 250,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PURCHASE OF MEDICINES FOR FY 2025 - SECOND SEMESTER". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
