  INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
  
  PURCHASE OF MEDICINES (ANTI-RABIES VACCINE) FOR MASS ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION ON MARCH-JUNE 2025
  
  1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (₱198,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4635. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Purchase of Medicines (anti-rabies vaccine) for Mass Anti-Rabies Vaccination on March-June 2025, delivery of goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
