1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through MHO-MOOE- Drugs and Medicines Expenses & MHO-MOOE- Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expense intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty One Pesos (₱699,281.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medicines and Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
