1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under General Fund intends to apply the sum of (a) Four Hundred Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Forty Four Pesos & 46/100 (Php441, 344.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medicines and Medical Supplies for Barangayanihan (under RHU General Fund) for Lot 1 and (b) Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty One Pesos & 34/100 (Php399, 461.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medicines and Medical Supplies for Barangayanihan (under MMO General Fund) for Lot 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
