Purchase of Medicines

1. The Municipal Government of San Jacinto, through the AB CY 2025 / MOOE intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen Pesos & 50/100 (P959,813.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Purchase of Medicines”:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of San Jacinto now invites bids for “Purchase of Medicines”. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
