INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF MEDICINE FOR VARIOUS HEALTH PROGRAM
GOODS-CB-2025-012-081
1) The Local Government Unit of Balatan, through the GAD FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Two pesos and Twenty Centavos [Php 495,632.20] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Commercial Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Balatan now invites bids for Purchase of Commercial Rice. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon issuance of Notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
