INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MEDICINE AND SUPPLY FOR TB PROGRAM-
MHO, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON

1. The Municipal Government of Cajidiocan, Romblon intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS and 00/100 (PHP 100,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MEDICINE AND SUPPLY FOR TB PROGRAM -MHO, CAJIDIOCAN, ROMBLON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Cajidiocan, Romblon now invites bid for the Goods only. Bidders must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, a single contract similar to the contract to be bid.
