PURCHASE OF MEDICINE

The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City, through the BDRRM Fund - 70% Mitigating Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Two Thousand Forty Five and Seventy Cents Php 842,045.70 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Medicine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Barangay Government of San Jose, Antipolo City now invites bids for the Purchase of Medicine. Delivery of Goods is 7 days.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
