RULES AND REGULATIONS IN ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES:
1.NOTIFY RECIPIENT (END USER) AND TWG MEMBERS AHEAD OF TIME THROUGH GSO AND BAC 2-3 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES MUST BE ON MONDAY TO THURSDAY MORNING ONLY EXCEPT ON HALAD PANGALAGAD SCHEDULE.
3. DELIVERIES MUST BE TRANSPORTED IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED VEHICLE TO ENSURE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND EFFICACY OF THE MEDICINES TO PREVENT ADULTERATION AND DISCOLORATION.
4.EXPIRATION OF MEDICINES MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 18 MONTHS UPON ARRIVAL.
5. STOCKS TO BE DELIVERED MUST CONFORM TO THE APPROVED PURCHASE ORDER, COMPLETE, AND IN GOOD CONDITION.
6. UNLOAD DELIVERIES IN A GENTLE AND PROPER MANNER: NO DELIVERIES SHALL BE EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND PUT DOWN DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR BY THE...
