INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The MUNICIPALITY OF RONDA, through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), Invites Suppliers registered with and classified by the DTI to Bid for the hereunder contract in accordance with RA 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its IRR.

Prospective bidders should possess a valid DTI License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use the non-discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
