1. The Local Government of Tampakan, through the GF-Proper AB-CY2025 4421-5-02-03-080 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only (Php 500,125.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES USE FOR THE OPERATION OF TAMPAKAN GENERAL HOSPITAL (1ST QUARTER). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) working days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
