PURCHASE OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND
LABORATORY SUPPLIES

1.The Municipal Government of Manabo, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for: the Purchase of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Manabo now invites bids for the Purchase of Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies. Delivery of Goods is required 10 days at the end of every quarter with below schedule:

2nd Quarter Php 125,000.00
4th Quarter Php 125,000.00

3.Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulat...
