  Please be informed that the City Government of Dasmariñas is only accepting Cash or Manager-s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank equivalent to 2% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as the only form of Bid Security.
  
  Furthermore, new bidders who wish to participate in the bidding must submit the following documentary requirements for accreditation:
  
  1. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration
  2. Valid Mayor-s Permit
  3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration under Platinum Membership
  
  Payment of non-refundable accreditation fee amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00)
  
  These requirements must be duly submitted and processed prior to the submission of bids.
