  The City Government of Dasmariñas shall accept only Cash or a Manager-s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank, in an amount equivalent to two percent (2%) of the ABC, as the sole acceptable form of Bid Security.
  
  Accreditation Requirements for New Bidders
  New bidders who wish to participate in the bidding are required to submit the following documentary requirements for accreditation:

  2. Valid Mayor-s Permit
