INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES, TRAININGS AND SEMINARS ( ALL DEPARTMENT )

1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Mayor-s Office ( 1011 ), SWO( 7611-SPA ), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) FY 2024 -SPA ), MENRO ( SPA ), RHU ( MOOE-T&S / 4040- SPA, MDRRMO(DRRMF 2024), TOURISM(SPA); PNP(SPA); MBO(1011), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Ninety-Two Thousand and Eighty Pesos only P 5,092,080. 00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Meals and Snacks for Various Activities, Trainings and Seminars ( ALL DEPARTMENT ) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Boljoon, using a single- year Framework Agreement, through the FY 2025 Allocation intends to apply the sum of P 5,092,080. 00. Bids received in excess of the cost shall be automatically rejected.
