1.The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos only (PhP 177,876.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials use for the Construction of Pig Pen intended for Sugbo Baboyan sa Limpyo ug Hapsay nga Tugkaran Program with Advertisement Number 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
