Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR SUPPLIES & MATERIALS RELATED TO FEEDING PROGRAM
1. The Cadiz West 1 Elementary School of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty Five Pesos Only (Php. 2,365.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Payment for Postage and Courier 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cadiz West 1 Elementary School of Cadiz City now invites bids for the Purchase of Materials and Supplies Related to Feeding Program. Delivery of the Goods is required 3 days before the events. Bidders should have completed, within 3 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
