Description : The posting of this project is intended for the agreed emergency purchase of Purchase of Materials for Road Damage in Sitio Panga. this is used for repair or contain the road damage situated in Sitio Panga brought by Typhoons Tino, Wilma and Verbana. During the session, the council discussed and concluded that this road damage particularly road cracks and landslide poses significant safety hazards, risk to life and property that may caused by vehicular accidents, and disrupts the residents mode of transportation.

This is for posting purposes only and no bidding is required. Agreed emergency purchase amount is above Php 50,000.00, hence, we ae posting this project with attached documentation for transparency purposes. The vendor we engaged into has previously completed purchases history with the barangay and committed to provide the required materials as coordinated.

Attachments include the resolutions, filled up RFQ and damage photos of the the actual road damage.
