Invitation to Bid

For the Purchase of materials use for the riprapping of landslide prone area in sitio Paypay ama of Barangay Malo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro.

1. The Barangay Malo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro, purchase of materials use for riprapping of lanslide prone area in sitio Paypay ama in the amount of One hundred forty one one hundred sixty five pesos (141,165.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment under the 20% Development fund.

2. The Barangay Malo now invites bid for the Purchase of materials use in Riprapping in landslide prone area. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using noon- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) if Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), other known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
