Description : 1. The Albasan Elementary School, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Four Pesos Only (PhP 26,234.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Materials for the Repair of School Fence and Plant Nursery of Albasan Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Albasan Elementary School now invites bids of Materials for the Repair of School Fence and Plant Nursery of Albasan Elementary School. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Seven (7) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
