1. The BARANGY 109-A, TACLOBAN CITY, through 20% EDF of 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS only (Php 146,493.10) being the ABC to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR REPAIR OF COMMUNITY CENTER FOR HOMEOWNERS AT BARANGAY 109-A, V&G SUBDIVISON TACLOBAN CITY received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGY 109-A, TACLOBAN CITY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Seven (7) days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed/ Purchase Order.
