INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (Q4)

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (PHP 808,660.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (Q4) (GOODS 2512-054). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT (Q4) (GOODS 2512-054). Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 CDs from receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
