INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS WATER SYSTEM

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-THREE PESOS AND 10/100 (PHP 456,793.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS WATER SYSTEM (GOODS 2505-041). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS WATER SYSTEM Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 CDs from receipt of Purchase Order.
