13. The Barangay Malo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro, purchase of Materials for Rehabilitation of Barangay Road amounting of P144,960.00 (144,960.00) being the approved budget for the implementation of the above stated project through the Budget from 20% Development fund General Appropriation Act of Republic Act No. 11975.
14. The Barangay Malo now invites bid for the Purchase of Materials of Rehabilitation of Barangay Road . Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.

15. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using noon- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) if Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), other known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
