INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of materials for Land Development for Salay Community College Gym

1. The Local Government Unit of Salay, through the 20% LGDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand pesos (Php. 3,620,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Salay now invites bids for the above Procurement of materials. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30CD. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
