This refers to our project PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR INSTALLATION OF TRASH BINS, SITIO CANINGAG, POBLACION, ALICIA, BOHOL, with the ABC of Php 76,900.00. The BAC will undertake alternative method of procurement through REQUEST FOR QOUTATION since the approved Budget of Contract for the project does not exceed to Php 100,000.00.
In connection thereto, we the BAC sending and requesting your end to quote your price in the attached form (REQUEST FOR QOUTATION of Supplies and Materials) as you are one of our prospective supplier for the said project and please return the quoted form in signed and sealed envelope and submit it to the office of the BAC, Brgy. Poblacion, Alicia, Bohol on or before February 17, 2026, before 10:00 o'clock in the morning.
