In view of the two (2) failed public biddings the Bids And Awards Committee ( BAC) invites suppliers to participate in the negotiation or submit Financial Proposal for the Purchase of Materials for Installation of Street Lights at Poblacion Lot 1,2 in accordance in accordance with Section 53.1 (Two Failed Bidding) of the Revised Implementing Rules Regulations and Manual of Procurement for LGU-II. The Approved Budget is Nine Hundred Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty-One Pesos and 67/100 Only (Php 907,341.67);
