1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the Supplemental Budget No.1 CY 2025 (20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos Only (P257,248.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Materials for Installation of Reinforced Concrete Pipe Culvert (RCPC) at Purok 7 and Purok 12 Barangay Poblacion with Project Identification No. 2025-109. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
