PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC BUILDING (DRR Operation Center)
1. The Barangay Proper Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the APPROVED ANNUAL BUDGET FROM
BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT REDUCTION RISK MANAGEMENT FUND (70%) intends to apply the sum
of One hundred ten thousand three hundred pesos (110,300.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Construction Materials for the
Improvement of Public Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.

2. The Barangay Proper Bansud now invites bids for Purchase of Construction Materials for the
Improvement of Public Building (DRR Operation Center) located at Proper Bansud, Oriental
Mindoro. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
