1. The Municipality of Calamba, Misamis Occidental, through the Assistance to Communities in need under the Assistance Crisis Situation Program of DSWD X intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (P108,650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PALAWAN CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, with the Project Identification Number LGUCAL-PB-2025-06.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
