1. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol through the 20% Development Fund of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 153,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Purchase of Materials for the Improvement of Municipal Fish Sanctuary at Barangay Linawan, Anda, Bohol under Contract No. 2025-01-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Anda, Bohol now invites bids for the Purchase of Materials for the Improvement of Municipal Fish Sanctuary at Barangay Linawan, Anda, Bohol. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
