1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Sudlon, Alicia, Bohol through Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY Pesos Only (Php 222,780.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE GRAVELLING OF BARANGAY ROAD OF SITIO TAWID, BARANGAY SUDLON, ALICIA, BOHOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
