Canvass forms can be obtained from BAC secretariat, Barangay Hall,Doroluman Arakan Cotabato starting May 16 , 2025 and the deadline for submission of sealed canvass is on May 19, 2025, 8:00AM.

Interested parties should submit their sealed canvass to the BAC Chairman, bids and awards committee, LGU-Arakan, Cotabato. Suppliers outside Arakan municipality are required to submit Business Permit & PhilGeps registration.

The Arakan Bids and awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all canvasses, to declare the canvass a failure or waive any or all information or to award such canvass to the supplier whose price quotation is considered...
