INVITATION TO BID

1. The Barangay Cangclaran, Lazi, Siquijor, through the authorized appropriations under the 5% BDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Two Centavos (PhP 104,453.02) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project, “Purchase Supplies for Disaster Preparedness”, described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Cangclaran now invites bids for the Project, “Purchase Supplies for Disaster Preparedness”, Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
