1. The BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, through NBLB CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-One Pesos Only (Php 441,581.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials Construction/Installation of Solar Street Light at San Vicente, Baggao, Cagayan (B-G-2025-11-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN now invites bids for the above services. Delivery of the Goods is required until 20 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
