In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LIGAYA through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered, authorized trader and dealer, to apply for eligibility and to participate in the negotiation for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER WAYS in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
