In view of the two failed biddings, the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF BAGTING, in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Phil-GEPS registered, authorized trader and dealer, to apply for eligibility and to participate in the negotiation for the Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Retaining Wall at Segum Creek-Phase II, with the following specifications, to wit:
