PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT KATIPUNAN, ANDA, BOHOL

1. The Barangay Katipunan, Anda, Bohol will be accepting bids for the Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Perimeter Fence at Brgy. Multi-purpose Hall, Katipunan, Anda, Bohol.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php130,600.00 ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Completion of the works is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar days upon Receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures. Using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
