1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos only (PhP 386,920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Modular Container Van Stock Room with Advertisement Number 2025-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Modular Container Van Stock Room. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
